A: We handle regular household garbage – the day-to-day trash that accumulates in your kitchen or bathroom. Just tie it in a standard trash bag and place it in our provided bin. We’ve designed the service to keep things clean and safe: please no loose trash (bags must be tied) and no extremely large items or hazardous materials (like hot coals, chemicals, or broken glass sticking out) for everyone’s safety. If you have recycling, we do offer a recycling pickup option – let us know and we can arrange a separate bin. For large items (old furniture, etc.), give us a heads-up; we can often schedule a special bulk pickup for an extra fee or direct you to the proper disposal method.
